Annika Dsign captured this exquisit scen on Gotland’s pebble beach where old elm-boats are laid to rest. It’s a wonderful old tradition.
Annika began photographing Stockholm’s nights in autumn 2013 where she lives today. Then she quickly moved on to landscape photography, as nature is closer to her heart. The Swedish island Gotland is a strong subject in her photography where the beauty of the landscape dominates. Animals and birds have inspired a lot of abstract photography in 2017, which defines her unique style. Ideally, Annika photographs during more extreme weather conditions ”when something’s happening”.
